China Shipping Anchor Chain (Jiangsu) Co.Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Shipping Marine Equipment (Jiangsu) Co., LTD. It is a large-scale heavy industry enterprise specializing in the research and development and production of ship anchor chain, mooring chain, steel plate welded anchor, mooring buoy and high-strength deep-sea concrete prefabricated parts. The company has set up three production bases in Suqian, Taixing and Qingdao. Set up a technical and operations center in Shanghai and a global service center in Singapore. In 2022, the company's ship anchor chain sales increased by 62% year-on-year, and the anchor chain sales ranked second in the world.

As of December 2022, the company has a total of nearly 400 employees, with a technical team of 36 people with research level senior engineers, senior engineers and researchers as the backbone, and a quality control team of 25 people.

In 2022, the company has signed a guidance agreement with related IPO brokers, accounting firms and law firms to plan an initial public offering and listing in China, and will apply for listing on the main board, which opens the prelude to the use of the capital market to promote the development of enterprises at a higher level. It is planned to be listed on the main board after completion of tutoring in 2025.
